Sohail University’s Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC) strategic plan emphasizes becoming a world-class institution by fostering a quality learning environment to produce future leaders. The vision is to enable an enabling quality learning environment and intellectual landscape to produce future leaders, while the mission is to continually review best practices in learning and research to improve the quality of education and meet national and international standards. Key strategic goals include adopting the PSG-2023 framework, implementing HEC’s quality assurance frameworks, ensuring self-assessment of programs, strengthening feedback mechanisms, enhancing research quality, and training a skilled QEC workforce.
